Today marks the start of a new trip around the sun. Birthdays are always a time for fun and reflection as we celebrate where we’ve come from and what we’ve accomplished, but also where we’re going and what we want to make happen moving forward! For Geaux Plant-Based Founder, Jessica Legaux, that means continuing to build her brand as a plant-based ambassador! We’re taking a small break from posting and will be back at the top of the New Year. Take this time to enjoy your friends and family this holiday season and we’ll see you in 2023! Have you heard of “raw cooking“? A food is considered raw if it has never been heated over 104-118°F. It should also not be refined, pasteurized, treated with pesticides or otherwise processed in any way. Alternative preparation methods include juicing, blending, dehydrating, soaking and sprouting. Don’t be afraid to explore when it comes to a healthier lifestyle and diet. Jessica even took a raw cooking class one time to learn more!

To get to the vegetarian/vegan restaurant in Los Angeles, you can take the Metro Rail's Red Line and exit at the Hollywood & Vine station. From there, walk two blocks to the east on Hollywood Boulevard and then turn left onto Cahuenga Boulevard. The restaurant is located on your right-hand side.
If you prefer driving, take the 101 freeway and exit at Cahuenga Boulevard. Follow the street southbound for approximately one mile until you reach Hollywood Boulevard. Turn right onto Hollywood Boulevard and then turn left onto Cahuenga Boulevard. The restaurant will be on your right-hand side.
There are parking options available nearby, including metered street parking or paid parking lots/garages in the surrounding blocks.
