What people say
Peruvian restaurants are known for their unique blend of flavors and ingredients that create a truly unforgettable dining experience. Pollo Inka Express on Carson Street in Hawaiian Gardens is no exception. This fast food restaurant offers delicious Peruvian cuisine that will leave your taste buds wanting more.
The story behind Pollo Inka Express is one of hard work, passion, and a desire to share the love of food and family with the world. The Jaime family's dream of introducing delicious Peruvian food to friends and neighbors resulted in the creation of El Pollo Inka in Lawndale, California in 1987. Since then, they have continued to expand their business and bring their mouth-watering dishes to more people.
What sets Pollo Inka Express apart from other fast food restaurants is their commitment to using fresh ingredients and traditional cooking methods. Their signature dish, rotisserie chicken, is marinated for 24 hours before being cooked over an open flame. The result is tender, juicy chicken with a crispy skin that is bursting with flavor.
In addition to their famous rotisserie chicken, Pollo Inka Express also offers a variety of other dishes such as lomo saltado (stir-fried beef), arroz con pollo (chicken with rice), and ceviche (marinated seafood). Each dish is made with care and attention to detail, ensuring that every bite is packed with flavor.
Overall, Pollo Inka Express on Carson Street in Hawaiian Gardens is a must-visit for anyone who loves Peruvian cuisine or simply wants to try something new. With its delicious food, friendly service, and affordable prices, it's no wonder why this restaurant has become a favorite among locals and visitors alike.
