Why is a Traditional Salvadoran Restaurant Now Serving Fusion and Mexican Food?
You might be wondering why we’re transitioning into offering fusion and Mexican dishes at our Salvadoran restaurant. Over the years, we’ve recognized that the Salvadoran food market has become increasingly saturated, with many restaurants offering similar menus (and often sharing the same staff).
We’re also facing new challenges, like competing with street vendors who don’t have the same overhead costs as our brick-and-mortar store.
While we’ve always believed there’s enough space in the market for everyone to thrive, we’ve realized that relying solely on the Salvadoran community isn’t enough to sustain growth and expansion. We’re grateful for the support we’ve received, but to continue to serve you better and reach new audiences, we’re expanding our menu.
By introducing fusion and Mexican dishes, we aim to bring something fresh and exciting to the table, while still honoring our Salvadoran roots. We believe this new direction will allow us to connect with a broader community and continue to serve you with the quality and passion you’ve come to expect.
And we’re just getting started! Be on the lookout for our future expansion items, including kids’ meals and American dishes that are coming soon. We’re excited to share more with you as we continue to grow and innovate.
We invite you to try our new offerings and join us on this exciting journey. Thank you for your continued support!
