We messed up a bit.
Today, we want to tell you how it happened and what we felt during the process. Recently, we started handling corporate orders, which means dealing with 30+ items at a time. This time, it was nearly 50. We know our craft well, but handling this scale is something new for us. Starting at 6 a.m., we worked on this order, but time was against us, and we ended up delaying it, despite our frantic pace.
Throughout the process, we experienced a lot of stress. Thankfully, the client was patient and waited for their order, even though we were almost an hour late. Moments like these teach you valuable lessons and show you where to grow and what steps to take next.
As a result of this situation, we’ve decided to expand our team so we can serve all our guests delicious breakfasts and brunches on time.

Guys, we have moved to a beautiful new location. Now we have a big and beautiful kitchen, and we can cook even more delicious breakfasts, but unfortunately, for now, it’s only for takeout or delivery. We are located inside the LA Cooking School. We will be happy to see you in person and online 🩷
