We shut down during COVID! It was brutal, and I learned the hard way.

Now I’m focusing on retail and building Mr. Matcha smarter.

I hated royalties as a former franchise owner.
That’s why Mr. Matcha has **zero royalties or monthly fees**. Keep your profits.

Right now is **not the perfect time** to open new stores.
Economy & rents are still high. I won’t let anyone jump in until conditions improve (better locations, lower costs) + we’re still experiencing matcha shortage as well.

**We’re still accepting applications now** but we’ll only move forward when the timing is right.

Public transport:
- Take the bus or train to Garden Grove Station
- Walk about 5 minutes to Harbor Blvd and take bus number 43 towards Westminster
- Get off at Main Street and walk south for about 3 minutes

Driving/Parking:
- Drive towards Garden Grove on the I-405 S
- Take exit 19 toward Valley View St/Stadium
- Turn left onto Valley View St (signs for Valley View St)
- Turn right onto Chapman Ave and continue straight until you reach Main Street
- Look for parking along Main Street or nearby side streets.
