One of our top sellers. Blu Jam Benedict…we use bacon and ham both cured with celery seeds, salt and brown sugar.
Brunch is nothing without Eggs Benedict.
Our Hollandaise is made with pasteurized egg yolks, fresh squeezed lemon juice, clarified butter, pinch of salt and dash of cayenne pepper.
No fryers, no microwaves and no freezers in any of our locations!

A lot of dishes on our Blu jam cafe menu are influenced by our southern neighbors. Mexican cuisines and its bold flavors is something very intriguing to me and you can see its use throughout the menu, from herb, Cheese and spices.

We don’t fry our French toast we grill with unsalted butter. Our brunch menu is full of great, made to order entrees. Brunch is served 7 days a week and we have no freezers, no flyers and no microwaves so our food is exactly that… fresh and delish. We also make all dressings, sauces, jams and soups in house.

Looking for venues during the day or at night? Brunch during day and gourmet food at night.
You can have the whole restaurant at night and you don’t have to break your bank account.
Melrose, Brentwood and DTLA also have private rooms you can use during the day for brunch or lunch at no extra charge!!!
At night you can book any of our 6 location for a private event and minimum requirement is only $2000.00 to be spent for food and beverages.
No way you can find a better deal especially on Friday and Saturday night…and to have the whole restaurant just for you and your guests?!? Incredible deal.

We are thankful for TO GO orders but it would be so nice to see your faces while dinning with us.
Brunch is better enjoyed with food made on premises and served on a regular plate:):) my humble opinion.

For public transport, take the Metro Red or Purple line to Pershing Square Station. From there, walk south on Hill Street and turn left onto 5th Street until you reach S Spring Street. The restaurant will be on your left.
For driving, take the 110 freeway and exit at 6th Street. Turn left onto Olive Street and then turn right onto 5th Street. Finally, turn left onto S Spring Street and the restaurant will be on your left.
Parking is available at nearby lots such as Joe's Auto Parks or Metered Parking spaces can be found along the street as well.
