Today is International Whisky Day! Let’s celebrate with a true classic—our Cocktail of the Week: Old Fashioned 🥃
One of the earliest known cocktails, dating back to the early 1800s, the Old Fashioned was originally crafted as a simple mix of spirit, sugar, bitters, and water—setting the standard for what a “cocktail” meant.
Our take stays true to tradition with a thoughtful upgrade: whiskey stirred with a house-crafted syrup of Luxardo cherries, orange, and Angostura bitters. Finished with an expressed orange peel and a Luxardo cherry, it’s smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced.

Mediterranean branzino is delicately mild, perfectly flaky, and simply prepared to let its natural flavor shine.
PZ’s special preparation this week - Headless & boneless, served over Orzo pasta sautéed in a pesto sauce. Garnished with kalamata olives, blistered cherry tomatoes, lemon zest, & drizzled with olive oil.

Short rib slowed cooked in Italian red wine with celery, carrots, onions, and fresh herbs. Served over creamy parsnip purée, roasted pearl onions, and charred Romanesco broccoli, drizzled with a balsamic reduction.
