MOD Pizza was a pizza place located on South Azusa Avenue. Customers were able to create their own artisan-style pizzas and salads or choose from a selection of MOD classics, all for the same price regardless of toppings. The handmade pizzas were cooked in an 800-degree display oven and ready to eat in under five minutes. In addition to their food offerings, MOD Pizza provided drinks such as milkshakes, iced teas, lemonades, local craft beer, and wine. Unfortunately, this restaurant has been permanently closed.

Take the Bus (Line 280) from the nearest station to South Azusa Ave in City of Industry. The bus stop is just a short walk away from the pizza place.
For Driving/Parking:
From the I-10 E, take exit 37 for Puente Avenue towards City of Industry. Turn left onto E Valley Blvd, then turn right onto S Azusa Ave. The pizza place will be on your right-hand side. There is plenty of parking available in front of the pizza place and neighboring businesses.
