Salsa Verde with Avocado for this week!

Tomatillos
Onions
Garlic
Jalapeños
Vegetable Oil
Ground Cumin
Cilantro
Ripe Avocados
Lime
Sal & Peper

1. Peel and chop it. Place the tomatillos, onions, garlic, and jalapeños on a rimmed baking sheet.
2. Roast in the oven until the exteriors are blistered.
3. Meanwhile, scoop out the avocado flesh.
4. Place the tomatillos, onions, jalapeños, and garlic in a processor. Pulse until mostly smooth.
5. Add the cumin, salt, cilantro, and avocado. Pulse again until the avocado is pureed into the mixture.
