🥩 Happy National Filet Mignon Day!
August 13 is National Filet Mignon Day, but at Da Bianca, we’re celebrating all week long with our Filetto di Bue.
Pictured here: our incredible 9 oz. grilled filet mignon, topped with Gorgonzola, shiitake mushrooms and chipotle sauce, and served with fettuccine and sautéed spinach.
Tender, flavorful and finished with just the right amount of richness and spice. If you’ve been looking for an excuse to order the filet, this is it. ❤️

Those of you who know Da Bianca Trattoria in East Orange know our beloved, longtime busser Benito. With his long braid and ready smile, Benito has been a fixture at Da Bianca for over 30 years. Benito is extremely hardworking and has two additional jobs cleaning houses in the mornings and office buildings late at night.
Sadly, Benito suffered a stroke on Wednesday, July 15, and was hospitalized. While doing tests, the doctors also discovered he has heart problems. While he can move his right side a bit, he has a long road of physical therapy to regain full use of his muscles.
It would mean so much if we can band together to show Benito how much we love him since he is all alone. Please join me in praying for his full recovery. If you are able to make a donation toward his medical costs (in any amount), it would be most appreciated. Any contribution will let him know that he has people who care about him.
