Potato Tacos don’t need to be boring. Neither does Taco Tuesday. We get it, a “burger place” as some people call us, doing Taco Tuesday? Yea we do that. But the reason is good. And simple. The 25 Degrees tacos and Taco Tuesday items are ridiculously good. Just like the burgers. Just like the steaks. Just like the seafood. Just like the cocktails.
So we’ve decided to tease the theme but stick to what we know we’re exceptionally good at. Which is creating memorable dinner and drinks dining experiences. If that’s what you’re looking for. You want 25°.

3pm-10pm kitchen, bar closes once it slows down.
3-6pm Award Winning Happy Hour with prices ranging $3-$12.

Downtown Huntington Beach is not exactly known as a food or drink destination. It is (as you know), a party and tourist destination.
Amongst the party, there’s plenty of people who are looking for something a bit more… original and classy, without the fine dining attitude or requirements. Somewhere they can enjoy the atmosphere and not have to shout to converse. Or have a relaxing time with a cocktail that’s refreshing and not just stiff. Somewhere they feel good about bringing family and friends or a special someone, that stands out from the very moment you step through the door. Something a bit more high end without needing to have a reason.
We’re proud to be that spot. And so is our demographic of guests. It’s not surprising that guests who are total strangers spark up conversation and end up putting their tables together to have dinner together. Or that they meet and a week or so later make reservations together.
25° is intentionally different and we strive for that difference to be memorable and meaningful, so your memories become our memories.

Not the place for a “cheap” drink. Affordable drink? Yes, absolutely. But “cheap” is not what we’re into. Not talking about the price. Talking about the quality.
No plastic bottle mixers, no pre made batched bottles. No cheap liquor and fancy sugary distractions. We’re talking quality liquors, even the wells are better than most bars wells. We’re talking organic juiced fruits to make the mixers. We’re talking dehydrating the fruits for garnishes in the back of house scratch kitchen.
The small details stack up to be big differences. No cutting corners just to make an extra buck. For us, it’s that little extra that goes a long way and it’s noticeable. The moments where a guest asks for a recommendation and the bartender asks for preferences, or by now the bartender may know you well enough to craft something they think you’ll love. When they watch our guest take that first sip and look at their cocktail afterwards, with satisfaction, or a nod, or an “mmm that’s really good,” the same way they do with the food, that’s where it matters and what it’s all about. For us, that subtle gesture lets us know we’re continuing to deliver quality experiences. Not just “a drink”. Consistently. Intentionally. Artistically.

We want to wish a very Happy Birthday to our 25 Degrees owner, Hogi. Step by step we’ve been implementing the plans to make 25 Degrees the best it can possibly be while getting more involved with the HB community’s schools, charities, athletes, music community, and more.
The story of 25 Degrees is one that carry’s weight through many owners and adaptations to the concept of what 25 Degrees is. After 12 years of being in downtown Huntington Beach it feels like we’ve arrived at the right place and the right time.
25° is such a unique place and has a unique identity. Not quite just a restaurant or a bar, music venue, sports bar, fine dining, or another burger spot.
With Hogi’s direction and the collaborative efforts of the 25 team, we’ve built something truly authentic which now stands as the only 25 Degrees in the US.
25 Degrees Upscale Casual Social House is a place that brings all community in as a place to hang out, not just get a meal and leave. There’s plenty of reasons to stay and hang, and whatever your reason may be, it’s a good one.
Now with downtown HB’s most extensive collection of rare and high end liquor and quality of food equal to upscale fine dining establishments, we’re proud to host a place for you to hang out and enjoy upscale dining without any special reason to. Dress up or dress down. Watch the game then live music, enjoy award winning menu items, indulge in rare whiskeys, grab a burger after a surf or beach sesh, bring that special someone or a first time date, have your wedding reception here with us. We overhead a guy who was in disbelief by how good 25's Breakfast Burrito is 😆
He was walking with his buddy and said "C'mon really? Breakfast Burritos from a "Burger Spot"? We happened to hear this and explained that we are not a traditional "Burger Spot" and filled him in on what an Upscale Casual Social House is. Of course we let him know that, yes we do have incredible award winning burgers, and people love the way we make them. and if you want a breakfast burger, by all means get the breakfast burger, or a regular American Classic Burger like the one featured here. But after talking he said now he had to try it. And did...
He is now... a fan. The Breakfast Burritos are delicious with house made salsa, hash browns, bacon, scrambled eggs, guac, cheese. But if you're feeling the burger vibe, order the Breakfast Burger. It's satisfying to say the least.
This is how Sunday's look at 25 Degrees. From 11AM-3PM, savory brunch, coffee, the best Espresso Martinis around. We're slinging crispy, tangy wings $1 Buffalo Wings while our kitchen handles other brunch and 25º menu classics.
Then stick around. At 6PM Theo Troy brings his jazz-blues piano magic to 25º Degrees, because the only thing better than great food and craft cocktails (like this Mint Julip) is live music that makes you forget what time it is.
