Today, our Mini Restaurant Week chefs had the opportunity to visit Beyond Vegan Beyond Vegan Cafe , where owner Cameron welcomed us into his restaurant, gave us a behind-the-scenes tour, and shared what it takes to run a successful business. He also talked with our students about the benefits of a vegan diet and how plant-based foods can be both nutritious and delicious.
Thank you, Cameron, for inspiring our future chefs and entrepreneurs! 💚
