If you're planning to head to Avenida Victoria in San Clemente via public transport, you can take the train and get off at the San Clemente Pier station. From there, walk east along Avenida Victoria until you reach your destination.
If you're driving, take the I-5 and exit at Avenida Palizada. Turn right onto El Camino Real and then left onto Avenida Del Mar. Turn right onto S Ola Vista and continue straight until you reach Avenida Victoria where you will need to turn left. There is street parking available nearby but it can be limited during peak hours.
Alternatively, there is a parking lot located behind the San Clemente Public Library on Calle Seville which is a short walk away from Avenida Victoria.
