One year after the fire there is still so much to do to get the victims of this disaster back into places they can call home. With only a dozen or so rebuilt homes in burn zones it goes without saying a lot of people still need your help. One of the many wonderful foundations out here grinding to help the people is the ABBF- the Altadena builds back foundation, who together with the help of the for humanity, have been able to be a leader in the rebuilding effort, focused on keeping Alta Dena local and not losing it to post fire investment. Help us raise money and have a great time eating as many oysters as your heart desires for the cheapest price since b&w tv’s.
100% of every penny will be donated to ABBF.

As a multi generational Angeleno with too many devastating fires in my lifetime it hurts to see the budgets get cut for they really need the support after a crippling $17M cut right before these fires started.
As a Malibu native I am very proud of the efforts of their dedication and training under LAFD has had a massive effect on protecting the community and countless homes, all of whom are volunteers, many of which I am proud to call my friends. They have inspired many other community brigades in fire prone zones as well. These folks really need some funding for proper trucks and equipment for the next time which sadly is just a reality.

No words describe the ongoing devastation of this city.
To all who have lost, we are so sorry.
To all playing a role in trying to help, thank you.
Our hearts are crushed but our will is strong, while we are planning much larger fundraising efforts there is no time like the present. On Wednesday we were able to raise some money for tomorrow we shuck our hearts out for an effort we couldn’t believe in more world central kitchen stops at nothing to feed people in the worst of disasters and heaviest conflict zones. and his team have been doing gods work by feeding our fire fighters and displaced Los angelenos. 100% of the donations from this will be going to world central kitchen, please show some support if you can.
Major thanks to and for putting this together, to for offering hands and to for making the flyer.
