[ SEEKING NEW LOVING HOME FOR TWO BONDED CATS! 🐱❤️🐱]
Hello, Janet here! Six years ago, my bf and I fostered two bonded kitten brothers (Tot & Dot 🐱🐱) through The Little Lion Foundation, and while they found the best cat mom ever (Meredith), she is moving abroad next month (September) for a job that requires her to relocate to different countries quarterly.
So I’m helping to share Tot & Dot’s profile below, in hopes of finding a great new home for them! 🏡
If you’re interested in meeting these amazing boys, please reach out to Meredith and The Little Lion Foundation directly to arrange a meet-and-greet! (Location & contact info are at the bottom of the post.)
If you’re not looking to adopt, post-sharing would also be much appreciated! ❤️

Aristotle (Tot) is an incredibly calm and sweet cat. He loves cuddles in the morning, and enjoys looking out windows. He has a beautiful and tranquil nature about him.
Herodotus (Dot) is a curious and fun loving cat. He will watch tv by your side, and can be quite playful with a bit of inspiration. He is a happy and rambunctious boy, with an incredibly outgoing personality.
Both cats love to be pet and dish out very sweet purrs. They love to eat(twice a day with their automatic feeder). They delight in their sleep time(often).
Together Tot and Dot are the most incredible pair of brothers/fur babies. They’ve been together their entire lives, and it is vital that they remain together in their forever home. Although they are quite independent, they are also incredibly loving, loyal and make for wonderful companions.
Both cats are awesome with children and dogs. At 6 years old, Tot and Dot have grown up to be wonderful young adult cats. It is my greatest wish that their furever family open them with loving, playful arms. They bring peace and joy to the lives of everyone they meet. My hope is that they will find their absolute most wonderful home.
Tot and Dot will need to find their new home by the beginning of September. They are available for meet and greets and currently reside in Long Beach, CA and can be transported to LA and OC counties. Please feel free to email or text me at [email protected] or 3108195217, and email The Little Lion Foundation at [email protected]
Thanks so much for your care and consideration,
Meredith

Several people have messaged to ask me when the mobile cat cafe will be up and running again at its new home in Mt Vernon, IL. And I’m thrilled to share that new owner Nikki is getting ready to launch the Pawsotively Scrumptious Cat Cafe in May! 😸🎉
My heart is filled with joy to think of the truck continuing its mission of helping cats get adopted and partnering with an entirely new region of rescues and animal-loving communities.
Thank you, Nikki, for sharing my vision and being a force for good in your city! With your passion and experience, I know Pawsotively Scrumptious will be successful and have a “pawsotive” impact wherever you go. ❤️
Wondering when her first event will be? May 13th! And you can follow Pawsotively Scrumptious, LLC on Facebook to see all the latest updates. (Official Instagram account coming soon.)

As of today, the mobile cat cafe has officially started its new journey with new owner, Nikki, who is driving it all the way from California to Illinois!
It was well worth the wait to find a new caretaker of the step van who’s dedicated to continuing its mission of helping rescue cats find forever homes.
Look out for the launch of her non-profit cat adoption venture, Pawsitively Scrumptious, in the very near future! 😸🎉

Thousands of unwanted, abandoned, neglected, and stray animals pour into animal shelters across the country every day—far outnumbering the good homes available to take them in. But instead of “going upstream,” i.e., instead of working to address the source of the problem, which is the runaway animal birth rate, people are being pressured into focusing on the symptoms. We can end the cycle of animal births, homelessness, and deaths, but we must address the root cause instead of flailing in the water, pulling out one kitten at a time while so many others float by, and screaming that others in the water with us aren’t saving enough kittens.

Helpful info. for anyone who finds abandoned kittens:
This kitten was presented to a volunteer in the Adoption Center at Brea PETSMART today.
Obviously, as a cat rescue, we get asked to take in kittens and cats on a daily basis.
What many people aren't aware of is, in order to place a cat in the Adoption Center, the cat is required to have sterilization surgery, get FIV/FELV testing, have rabies and FVRCP shots and be microchipped. Cats may also need flea treatment, deworming and or other medical care.
Our vet won't perform sterilization surgery until a kitten is about 4 months-old and we don't place young kittens in the center. If you are asking a rescue to take all of the care on for one or multiple kittens or cats, consider offering a donation or foster care services, as most rescues are who often struggle financially. Most rescues are greatly appreciative for the help and support. Please use [email protected] on PayPal to make donations.
