I'm taking a break! First, thank you everyone for all of your support over the last 3 years! You've all been absolutely wonderful when you've stopped by and incredibly patient! Thank you!
Now the hiatus. I've developed achilles tendonitis from being on my feet for the 14-16 hours I put in each day I'm open plus the long hours on the day I make dough. My physical therapist has told me to get off my feet as much as possible. Since I completely ignored that advice when it was first given to me, the situation as I'm sure you can guess didn't get any better. Now, I've decided to heed that advice before it gets worse than it is.
That being said, I need to take a break from making pizza for 3-4 months. At which point if I'm healthy enough, I'll do pop ups at Ziings for two weeks, take a break, return for another two weeks, etc..
In the meantime the kitchen at Ziings will be transitioning the menu to tacos and tacos and tacos... Fortunately there's enough space there to keep the pizza ovens and dough mixer while adding a 60 inch flat top. This will be a bit of its own journey while getting the recipes right, I encourage you all to stop by and give them a try!

Sorry! No Pizza Saturday... SORRY! I was hoping I could make it happen for at least Saturday, unfortunately there was too much work that still needed to be done and I couldn't get dough made. Will be back next week! Thank you for your patience!!

The good news!
I will be making pizza here! Saturday April 25, 2026!
The bad news is I won't be making pizza in Fullerton that day.

- Take the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) bus to the Fullerton Transportation Center.
- From there, walk south on Harbor Boulevard for approximately 0.5 miles.
