There are a few menu items that have stayed largely unchanged over the years, save for the seasonal swap of an ingredient or two. Our kale salad is one of them.
It’s one of those beloved, reliable dishes that’s become a regular order for so many who walk through our doors: crunchy kale from Windrose Farm, our miso lemon vinaigrette (which is now available by the bottle 👀), organic multigrain rice, dried Medjool dates, roasted pepitas, chive, mint, cilantro, and our crispy gochugaru rice.
Stone fruit has had a good run, but we’ll be swapping it out for the next seasonal fruit soon. Any guesses what’s coming next? ;-)

A couple faces you’ve certainly seen around the restaurant! 👀 Meet Will and Elaine — our general managers, who somehow manage to quietly keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes while also jumping in at any given moment, front or back of house, to fill in the gaps wherever they’re needed.
More to come on each of them but for now, a little moment of appreciation for these silly lil gooses and everything they do to make sure every guest feels taken care of from the moment they walk through our doors. 🫶
