𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐝 🌙
After nearly eight phenomenal years, the journey of 18 Folds draws to a close. Our final day of service will be Sunday, December 21, 2025.
It has been a singularly fun and wild ride, building this space from the ground up. We were blessed by a community that sustained us, keeping our little light burning brighter than we could have ever imagined.
To our team, your spirit was the warmth in our steamers. To our amazing regulars, you transformed a restaurant into a vibrant home. We will forever cherish having hosted your wedding receptions, birthdays, first dates, and countless joys.
We mourn the end of this season, but 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳.
We invite you to join us once more for our final fold before we dim the lights.
With deepest gratitude,
18 Folds Team

What people say
Asian fusion restaurants are known for their unique blend of traditional Asian flavors with modern twists. 18 Folds, located on S Anaheim Boulevard, is a prime example of this culinary trend. The restaurant offers a wide range of Asian-Californian cuisine that showcases the chefs' culinary training and background. What sets 18 Folds apart from other Asian fusion restaurants is their fearless experimentation with craft beer, which adds an extra layer of flavor to their dishes.
One of the standout features of 18 Folds is their outdoor pet-friendly patios, where guests can enjoy delicious bites while spending quality time with their furry friends. The restaurant's lantern art exhibit also adds to its magical ambiance, making it a popular spot for Instagram-worthy photos.
If you're looking for something spicy and hearty, be sure to try out the Spicy Meat Mountain dish - a towering rack of tender fall-off-the-bone pork ribs and meaty bones in a broth brimming with spices and garlic. And if you have a sweet tooth, don't miss out on the boozy boba or tajin mango margarita paired with mango popping boba.
Whether you're celebrating Mother's Day or just looking for a unique dining experience, 18 Folds is definitely worth checking out. Make your reservations today and indulge in some delicious Asian-Californian cuisine!
