El Pollo Loco, a well-known chicken shop, chicken restaurant, caterer, and Mexican restaurant in Covina, CA, was known for its delivery of fresh and authentic food. With a focus on whole chickens marinated in a special recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices, and garlic, El Pollo Loco expertly fire-grilled their chicken on signature open-flame grills and hand cut them into various Mexican entrees. Handmade guacamole, salsas, and dressings were also made with the same dedication and care. Unfortunately, El Pollo Loco on N Azusa Avenue has permanently closed.
