This beautiful artisan crafted "ChaHo" tea caddy, filled with hand crafted HwangCha, arrived yesterday as a care package for me, from across the Pacific. Along with the photographed treasures, my gift box also included a variety of stunning teas and a much awaited and 'just-off-the-press' book on a Korean tea pioneer who I greatly admired. What makes the book even more meaningful is that it is authored by his daughter, a much admired tea master & educator in the country, and one I feel honored to count among my closes tea family. 🙂💕
