Today we celebrate the Jefe from the heavens above, our father Gilberto, whose hard work, vision, and love built the foundation of Gilbert’s El Indio. We know he’s smiling down on our staff, familia, and amigos as we continue the traditions he started.
Wishing all the dads, grandfathers, stepdads, and father figures a very Happy Father’s Day. Thank you for all you do.
From our family to yours, we are open today and look forward to celebrating with you.
