Dearest Nest Nation,
As we close out the year, we’re also beginning to look ahead — preparing for what’s next and leaning into our company focuses for the year to come.
One of our primary pillars for 2026 is Community Support. And while community can mean many things, our most important community will always be our people — our team.
With that in mind, we launched an employee spotlight series designed to highlight our staff, share a little of their stories, and celebrate the people who help make The Nest what it is.
We’re closing out the year with our final employee spotlight, featuring Ashley Osbon, our Front of House Assistant Manager. Ashley is the definition of a team player — consistently showing up, stepping in wherever needed, and doing whatever it takes to support the success of the restaurant. She serves as Antonio’s eyes and ears on the floor, continues to grow as a leader, and balances it all while being an incredible mom and daughter.
We hope you enjoy this spotlight on Ashley. More stories are on the way in the new year, so be sure to stay tuned.

To get to the breakfast & brunch restaurant and American restaurant located on Alondra Boulevard in Bellflower, you can take the Metro Blue Line and get off at A Line (Blue) Station. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to the restaurant.
If you prefer to drive, you can take the I-605 S and exit at Alondra Boulevard. The restaurant is located off of Alondra Boulevard between Clark Avenue and Downey Avenue. Parking is available in a lot adjacent to the building or on nearby streets.
