If you're using public transport, you can take the Metro Expo Line and get off at Downtown Santa Monica Station. From there, walk to Main Street; the restaurant is located along that street.
If you're driving, take the 10 Freeway and exit at 4th Street. Turn left onto Pico Boulevard and then right onto Main Street. The restaurant should be along that road.
For parking options, there are metered spots available on Main Street, as well as several paid parking lots nearby. Some of these include the Civic Center Parking Lot on 4th Street and Civic Auditorium Lot on Main Street.
