The goal is a balance that most people don’t even think about; not so pulled that the meat falls out on the first bite, and not so chopped that it turns to mush.
Right in between is where the magic happens. By hand and with a chopping tool simultaneously until we hit that perfect texture every single time.

The secret to the perfect taquito starts long before the doors open. 👨🍳
We cook our Shredded Beef overnight to lock in the most flavor and the most tender bite possible. Every piece is then checked by hand and trimmed of all the fat one by one. No fat, no fillers, just quality.

TAQUITOS are what started it all for us. 🌮🔥
From day one, we’ve been hand rolling taquitos fresh in each store, every single day. As we grew, we thought moving production offsite would make things faster and more consistent for our customers.
Man… were we wrong.
Somewhere along the way we forgot what made Roll Em Up special — the homemade taquitos that taste like they came straight out of Mama Karen’s kitchen.
So we’re going back to our roots.
