"Had a great experience today thanks to the employee with the braid! Didn't see a name tag, but she honestly ran the floor. She was sweeping up, clearing tables super fast, and keeping everything spotless. I sat down at a messy table, and she instantly came over and cleaned it right in front of me with a smile.
