One of our long term customers called it "the mother of all shucos" lol
Anyway, shucos have become our number one Sandwich at our La Verne location BY FAR!
Please comment if you would like us to bring it to our Highland Park and El Sereno locations and also comment on what your experience was when you tried it out at our location.

By popular demand, Shucos are finally here.
For now, they are only available at our La Verne store but they are soon coming to Highland park and El Sereno.
For those unfamiliar with Shucos:
They are Guatemalan street dirty hot dogs/Sandwiches
Our Shucos come with a spread of chimichurri, guacamole, steamed cabbage, choice of meat: (hot dog sausage, longaniza, chorizo or steak) drizzled with ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, salsa picamas and a side of chapin style fries...
Let us know what you think in the comments.
