Nice when old photos come up and remind you of the past journeys and side quests youāve taken. This photo was from 12 or so years ago taken by the amazing of our illegal popup cafe on 11th and Hope we ran for a year. We didnāt make a dime⦠but came away with so much experience and knowledge. Definitely think about that space more often than naught.

ScHoooooolboy Q!!
TLDR
- New Album! āBlue Lipsā
- Schoolboy Q buying yāall drinks on March 13th @ Dulce USC Village. (ātil Supplies Last)
Alright everyone⦠we have another album promotion for everyone. Probably the last one, haha. But we agreed to do this one because (switching to first person here) I, james, have some fond memories of ScHoolboy Q as it relates to the the early days of Dulce.
As many of you know we are directly across the way from the iconic āShabu Shabu Houseā which recently closed up a couple of months ago. š„ Yoshi-san, a legend, had to retire and is now enjoying his time on an island just off of Japan. Drop him and Masako-san a line
If you guys remember Shabu Shabu house youāll know the 4 seat in the back right corner of the restaurant. My wife and I used to go in regularly to eat and would see ScHoolboy Q and his friend Jun from Deadline Clothing. I got to break bread with them on more than one occasion and ScHoolboy would be appalled because I would eat most of my plate of shabu beef raw. As a disclaimer though, Shabu Shabu House is the only place Iād do that because the quality was šš¼. Iād always tell him to try it to which heād always respond, āNahhhhhh man.ā Hahaha. Anyhow, good times.
So as part of his release, weāll be serving up our āAo Lemonadeā which is a sparking BLUE lemonade. We only serve it in the summer but to keep to the blue theme of the album we decided this was the perfect drink for this promotion.
ScHoolboy Q is throwing down his credit card to buy a bunch of drinks so come in tomorrow to grab one before we max out. Limited quantities available for promotion.
Glad to see ScHoolboy Q is killin it.
Thanks for reading this far. Youāre a champ.

Man never thought weād be asked to collaborate with Nora Jones. As a fan of her music from years before, what an honor! Iām not sure we are even allowed to post with any of Noraās past music but how could you not post about Nora Jones without soundtracking one of her most iconic songs.
So come in on March 7th to USC Village and order Noraās go to coffee beverage. Weāll be renaming the oat milk latte the Java Jones in celebration of her new album release āVisionsā.
āVisionsā will be release on March 8th.
Keep your eyes peeled for the album Linkfire.
Also for a good rainy day movie with some feels⦠check out āMy Blueberry Nightsā staring Nora Jones alongside Jude Law. š®āšØ also not sure if they donāt want us to post about that movie but itās a good one.
And no, we have not āsold outā. No money was received for us to post this. Purely a collaboration + we are fans of Nora Jones and the entire caption is completely unsolicited, except the mention of the album release date.
