If you are taking public transport, take the Orange County Line and get off at the Huntington Beach Station. From there, take the OCTA bus heading to Ocean View High School and get off at Oceanus Drive. Walk north along Oceanus Drive for a few minutes and you will arrive at your destination.
If you plan on driving, take the I-405 S and exit at Beach Boulevard. Turn right onto Beach Boulevard and then left onto Yorktown Avenue. Turn right onto Gothard Street and then left onto Talbert Avenue. Finally, turn right onto Oceanus Drive and you will find parking available along the street close to the bakery.
