Papilles Papilles was a French bistro situated on Franklin Avenue that aimed to serve haute French cuisine utilizing both modern and classic techniques with locally sourced produce. Their wine list featured natural wines and focused on smaller producers who emphasized terroir in their winemaking. Although they started as a bistro, during Shelter at Home, they transformed their menu to serve burgers, fried chicken sandwiches and a 1/4 pound grass fed bur. Unfortunately, this restaurant has been permanently closed.
