Blooming is a new and beautiful pho restaurant located on South Street in Cerritos. With its delicious food offerings, such as the famous SPICY NOODLE SOUP - BUN BO HUE and the newly added Fried Calamari with Onion and Garlic, Blooming is quickly becoming a popular spot for locals. Not only does it serve amazing food but it also offers a unique dining experience with robots delivering food to tables and even an aquarium hosting Little Pink Belly turtles. The restaurant also continuously adds new desserts and dishes to their menu like Grass Jelly with Coconut Milk and Shrimp Paste on Sugar Cane - Chao Tom. Additionally, during their grand opening in 2015, they offered a free Thai Tea Boba or Daisy Sweet Tea with purchase of an Entre.
