Today we celebrate the birthday of a very special man, José Manuel Méndez, lovingly known by many as “Don Bichi.” ❤️
In his honor, we created something very close to our hearts: our Salsa Macha, made with love and inspired by his memory, his passion, and the flavors he shared with our family.
This salsa is more than just a recipe—it is a little piece of him that we can continue to share with everyone. 🌶️❤️
