Uncle Pops

Uncle Pops Uncle Pops, a dessert shop and restaurant located at 1/2 W. 134th Street, was founded by Jason Shah in 2013. The inspiration behind Uncle Pops came from his childhood memories of his father's kettle popcorn machine that filled his days with simple happiness. Encouraged by his uncle to "be his own boss," Jason left the corporate world and embarked on a mission to spread that joy to friends and family around the world.

Uncle Pops quickly grew into a team of popcorn innovators, introducing new technology and concepts to this timeless treat. With offerings such as Nitro Pop, T Pops, high protein popcorn, and more, they aimed to make popcorn on a mass scale and share it with people globally.

However, it is with sadness that we inform you that Uncle Pops has permanently closed its doors. Despite their efforts to bring innovation to the popcorn industry, it seems that Uncle Pops' journey has come to an end.
