won’t bitch, won’t moan... but certainly I’d be lying if we said all was hunky dory with more shutdown time for LA’s remaining restaurants and bars. if anything... this time, most of which so many of us never have, is so important for family, rest, play and.... whatever we wanna make it. time is priceless so let’s make it a positive and get out there and see some good stuff! be it mount washington or mount shasta... make it meaningful by taking a big breath and reminding yourself that life is worth living. no silly politician can take that away from us ✨ f**k it! happy new year y’all... shop is open tomorrow noon to six if you want a little virgil village in your glass for NYE 💋

it's been a ride of extreme endurance and risk... abundant in excitement, challenges, patience and humility. life's lesson remains the same: it's never ever what you think IT will be, it's a journey demanding creativity, adaptability and commitment. we have no idea where all this will take us tomorrow, but what we do know: wednesday evening we will raise many bottles and glasses in the bungalow with all who are able to join, be it 5 or 500, we wish to celebrate the most challenging year of our lives with you! the good fellas and deep record collectors SOULEKTED & PINEGRASS will select the tunes, my fierce yet friendly peacemaker of a wife and GM will join me in running around the place for you and happy hour pricing will be enforced ALL NIGHT LONG... doors at 5 til we simply can't anymore! it's a ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY!

For those taking public transport, the nearest bus stop is located at Sunset / Virgil. From there, walk south on N. Virgil Avenue for two blocks and you'll arrive at your destination.
If you're driving, take the 101 freeway and exit at Vermont Ave. Continue south on Vermont Ave for three blocks until you reach Sunset Blvd. Then turn left onto Sunset Blvd, and drive for approximately half a mile before turning right onto N. Virgil Avenue. You'll find street parking available near the restaurant or alternatively there is a paid parking lot nearby.
