Tomorrow night, Joseph Herzog opens the cellar.
Not the current releases. Not the wines you'll find on a tasting flight. The bottles that have spent years quietly evolving, waiting for the right moment to be shared.
For one evening, guests will experience a collection of library wines personally selected by Joseph Herzog, paired with a multi-course dinner at Tierra Sur and guided by the stories, vintages, and history behind every bottle.
Some of these wines have been resting for over a decade. Others have become increasingly difficult to find. Together, they represent a rare opportunity to experience Herzog's past, present, and evolution in a way few guests ever will.
Tomorrow is your last chance to join us.
Reserve your seat while available.

What happens when Mexican street corn meets Japanese flavors?
In the newest episode of **Rosh Chodesh Club**, Chef Austin puts a creative spin on a summertime favorite with his take on **Japanese Corn Elote**.
Grilled sweet corn is layered with bright yuzu aioli, housemade furikake, vegan feta, fresh shiso, roasted nori, and just the right amount of togarashi for a dish that's smoky, savory, refreshing, and packed with flavor.
It's the kind of recipe that feels familiar at first bite—and completely unexpected by the second.

Wednesday night was one for the books.
Our Premier Club members gathered for an evening built around exceptional wines, seasonal ingredients, and the kind of shared table experience that makes Wine Club dinners so special.
The night began with Local Halibut paired alongside our Cellar Master Rosé of Merlot, followed by Cherry Braised Bison and a beautifully aged Napa Valley Zinfandel. Then came the centerpiece: a family-style 40oz American Bone-In Ribeye served with ratatouille, roasted cherry tomatoes, and paired with our Special Edition Eminence Red Blend.
Great wine has always been about more than what's in the glass. It's about the conversations, the connections, and the memories made around the table.
Missed this one? We'll save you a seat at the next dinner, which is on sale at the link in bio.

Three scoops. Endless summer vibes.
Our new **Sorbet Trio** features vibrant Raspberry Coconut, Pineapple, and Guava Lychee sorbets, finished with toasted coconut and macadamia nuts for the perfect balance of bright fruit, creamy texture, and satisfying crunch.
Light, refreshing, and made for warm California afternoons.
The hardest part? Deciding which flavor is your favorite.

When we first announced our Library Dinner, Joseph Herzog had a lineup in mind.
Then he went back into the cellar.
For this special evening, Joseph is personally selecting additional wines from his private library—rare bottles that have spent years quietly aging, waiting for the right moment to be shared.
Join Joseph and Alicia Wilbur on June 17 for an unforgettable night of library vintages, remarkable pairings, and stories from the cellar that most guests never get to hear.
Some wines can be replaced.
These can't.

Not every Caesar follows the rules.
Our **Strawberry Caesar Salad** combines crisp gem lettuce, fresh strawberries, pickled serranos, and housemade cornbread croutons, all brought together with a strawberry-serrano Caesar dressing that balances sweetness, brightness, and just a touch of heat.
Familiar enough to crave. Unexpected enough to remember.
Pair it with a glass of **Lineage Momentus Rosé** and enjoy one of the freshest expressions of the season.

Proof that a side dish can absolutely steal the show.
Sweet charred carrots meet crunchy dukkah brittle for a combination of smoke, spice, texture, and just enough sweetness to keep you reaching for another bite.
Order them for the table.
Just don't expect to get many back.

Dessert with a little attitude.
Our **Chili-Lime Chocolate Pavé** layers rich chocolate with peanut brittle, mango sorbet, orange muscat chamoy, Tajín, and candied lime zest for a dessert that moves effortlessly between sweet, spicy, bright, and indulgent.
Every bite takes you somewhere different.
Pair it with a glass of **Late Harvest Orange Muscat** and discover why some of the best pairings happen after dinner.
