After 17 years of building Mitasie Restaurant from the ground up, we never imagined our hearts could feel this full. Seventeen years ago, we started with a dream, a small kitchen, and a lot of hope. Through long days, late nights, challenges, and victories, Mitasie became more than a restaurant—it became our second home and our life’s work.
Today, we are beyond grateful to share our most precious news yet: we are welcoming our first baby. This moment feels surreal and deeply meaningful. From nurturing our business for nearly two decades to now nurturing a little life, we truly feel how beautiful this journey has been.
This baby is a blessing we waited for with patience, faith, and love. Every lesson we learned from running Mitasie—commitment, resilience, gratitude—we will carry into parenthood. Our hearts are overflowing with joy as we begin this new chapter as a family.
