The Pizza Hut BOOK IT! program is still going strong, and now kids can take part all summer long through the BOOK IT! Summer of Stories program. Parents can download the BOOK IT! app, set reading goals, track progress, and when those goals are reached, kids earn a free Personal Pan Pizza.

I still remember the excitement of getting that little certificate and knowing pizza night was officially happening. Some rewards just hit different when you’re a kid.

To get to Vanowen Boulevard in Van Nuys, you can take the Metro Orange Line and get off at the Van Nuys Station. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to the restaurants.

If you are driving, take the I-405 and exit on Sherman Way. Head east on Sherman Way until you reach Van Nuys Boulevard, and then turn left. Continue for about half a mile until you reach Vanowen Boulevard.

There is some street parking available but be mindful of any restrictions or time limits. Additionally, both restaurants have their own parking lots onsite for customers.
