Big changes are coming to Laguna Hills! 🏗️ At the Laguna Hills City Council meeting last moth, Merlone Geier Partners shared updated plans for the highly anticipated Village at Laguna Hills — and the motion to move forward passed 3-2. Here's what's on the table:

✨ 1,456 total homes (with new for-purchase townhomes & single-family options)
✨ Addition of a second hotel – 225 rooms total
✨ 200 affordable housing units included
✨ Office space removed for a more residential focus
✨ Retail downsized to ~150,000 sq ft – Nordstrom Rack to be relocated
✨ Experiential retail centered around a redesigned Village Park
✨ No parking structures – new layout for housing and hotels

🏡 1,021 rental apartments
🏡 435 for-sale homes
🏨 220 hotel rooms

If you are coming from North Laguna Hills, take Interstate 5 South and exit at Alicia Parkway. Turn right onto Alicia Parkway and keep going until you reach Avenida de la Carlota. Turn left onto Avenida de la Carlota and keep going straight until you see the diner on your left.

If you are coming by public transport, take Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) bus routes 89 or 91 to the intersection of Avenida de la Carlota and Enterprise. Get off the bus there and walk northeast along Avenida de la Carlota until you see the restaurant on your right.

Parking is available in a lot adjacent to the restaurant, accessible from both Avenida de la Carlota and Civic Center Drive.
