The Pizza Hut BOOK IT! program is still going strong, and now kids can take part all summer long through the BOOK IT! Summer of Stories program. Parents can download the BOOK IT! app, set reading goals, track progress, and when those goals are reached, kids earn a free Personal Pan Pizza.

I still remember the excitement of getting that little certificate and knowing pizza night was officially happening. Some rewards just hit different when you’re a kid.

To get to Florence Avenue in Los Angeles, you can take the Metro Bus line 110 or drive and park near the area. For the pizza place and chicken restaurant, take a left onto Florence Avenue from either direction and continue straight for half a mile until you see the restaurants on your right-hand side. There is some street parking available nearby but it may be limited during peak hours. For those taking public transportation, there is a Metro Bus stop directly in front of the restaurants.
