Today marks a significant milestone—5 years since Scarlet Kitchen & Lounge opened its doors for our soft opening. Reflecting on this journey, I am filled with gratitude and pride. Over the years, we’ve faced countless challenges, particularly since 2020, and yet we’ve persevered. To still be here, thriving and evolving, is a testament to the dedication of my team, the unwavering support of my family, and the loyalty of our guests.

As we look ahead, I’m thrilled to announce the next chapter: Scarlet 2.0. Over the past few months, we’ve been carefully refining our vision, and the time has come to roll out exciting changes. I’m also honored to welcome Chef Nick Herrera as my partner in this endeavor. Together, we aim to elevate Scarlet Kitchen & Lounge to new heights, delivering a fresh, innovative dining experience.

We kindly ask for your support and understanding during this transition. While some menu favorites may evolve, Chef Nick and I are committed to curating a tighter, fresher menu that excites and delights the palate.

To my exceptional team, our regulars, and everyone who has supported us—thank you. Your encouragement has been our driving force and a source of constant inspiration. Scarlet 2.0 represents not just a new chapter but a bold step toward solidifying our place as a premier dining destination.
