Deep Ocean
Wild sweet prawns are caught from the deep ocean off the coast of Hawaii, where an ancient underwater mountain range plunges to depths of over 15,000 feet. These volcanic mountains function as a natural filter, resulting in some of the cleanest waters on Earth. A transparent cube of sculpted ice suspends the pristine prawns, raw in their simplest form, as if literally dipping a spoon into the icy waters.
Served with wild red gooseberries, aji panca, rosehip oil, and a concentrate of mountain rose apple.

RITUAL ESSENCE BURNER
A sculptural and olfactive object, wheel-thrown and hand-sculpted from black clay.
Intended for essential oils, a tea light gently warms the top ceramic bowl, imbuing the surrounding space with aroma. This beautiful object can also be used as a vessel for burning traditional incense.

As the early scenes of autumn begin, our menu turns to deeper and darker tastes. Aged Coturnix Quail brushed with black trumpet mushroom miso, wrapped in sacred pepper leaf and slow-roasted over glowing embers. A final touch of caramelized birch sap and a light dusting of sweet, resinous myrica gale.

To get to the restaurant at Hayden Avenue in Culver City via public transport, you can take the Expo Line train and get off at the Culver City Station. From there, you can either walk or take a bus for a few blocks until you reach your destination.
If driving, you can take the I-10 freeway and exit on La Cienega Boulevard. Drive north on La Cienega Boulevard for about 2 miles until you reach Hayden Avenue. Turn right onto Hayden Avenue and drive for another block until you arrive at your destination. There is limited street parking available near the restaurant, but valet parking may be an option.
