This week, McDonald's has stepped up to support first responders and communities affected by the LA wildfires. Since Tuesday, the McRig - a near full-size McDonald’s kitchen on wheels - has been providing meals to our heroic first responders at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, while the Snack Truck has been stationed across the San Fernando Valley and the BMO Stadium serving evacuees.

On September 15th, in honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, Southern California McDonald’s restaurants are inviting customers to help them raise $15,000 for Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC), which helps keep families with critically-ill children in local hospitals together and near the care they need.

To get to the fast food restaurant and breakfast & brunch restaurant on S Rose Avenue in Oxnard, there are a few options. For public transport, take the bus or train to the Oxnard Transportation Center and then transfer to the Route 5 bus towards the Rose Avenue Health Clinic. Get off at the corner of S Rose Avenue and Princessa Drive, and walk south for about 2 blocks.

For driving/parking, take Highway 101 to exit 62A for Rose Avenue. From there, head north on S Rose Avenue for about half a mile until you reach Princessa Drive. The restaurant is located on the right-hand side of S Rose Avenue. Limited parking is available in front of the restaurant with additional parking across the street in a small lot.
