An evening for those who appreciate the finer pairings. 🍷

Introducing Perfectly Paired, an intimate six-course w**e pairing dinner at M on High in Moorpark, Friday, August 21.

Six courses. Seven w**es. One carefully curated evening, featuring pairings from Schramsberg, Schloss Vollrads, Far Niente, Epoch, Opus One, Patrimony and Sandeman.

The evening begins with Akami Bluefin Tuna Tartar paired with Schramsberg Mirabelle Brut, followed by Ossetra Imperial Caviar with 2022 Schloss Vollrads Estate Riesling.

As the evening unfolds, guests will experience pairings including 2023 Far Niente Chardonnay and 2020 Epoch Tempranillo before arriving at one of the evening’s most anticipated courses:

One of their Chef's Specials of the Day, the Hawaiian Coconut Sweet Chili Salmon with pineapple ginger relish, served over jasmine rice with petite green beans and bean sprouts, is a must-try dish. In addition to their delicious food, M on High also hosts live music events on their outdoor patio every Thursday and Sunday evening from 5:30pm-8:30pm. They even had a special event for the Kentucky Derby where they served Mint Julep Classic cocktails. If you're looking for a place to celebrate Mother's Day, M on High also offers an annual brunch event that fills up quickly but they can add you to a waitlist if necessary.
