Introducing our newest plate: ✨POLLO EN PIPÍAN✨
•Pipían is a red mole made with toasted pumpkin seeds and peanuts. It has a rich nutty flavor profile. It gets it’s beautiful orangey red color from guallijo and pasilla chiles. So, if you’re not allergic to nuts, come and try our delicious Pipían sauce!
