ZOTO Chardonnay from Santa Rita Hills, CA
The palate of our 2023 ZOTO Chardonnay holds a combination of ripe pear and lemon curd, with sweet red and green apple notes, complimented by a salty/sea spray note of salinity with Zotovich Vineyard’s hall mark mineral note. This medium-bodied Chardonnay finishes with pure fruit and limestone notes through the long finish. This Chardonnay ages in 100% neutral oak for 6 months.
