Since Tuesday, the McRig - a near full-size McDonald’s kitchen on wheels - has been providing meals to our heroic first responders at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, while the Snack Truck has been stationed across the San Fernando Valley and the BMO Stadium serving evacuees.

On September 15th, in honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, Southern California McDonald’s restaurants are inviting customers to help them raise $15,000 for Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC), which helps keep families with critically-ill children in local hospitals together and near the care they need.

To reach the fast food restaurant and breakfast & brunch restaurant located on Rio Rancho Road in Pomona by public transport, you can take the bus or train to the nearest station and then walk for about 10 minutes. If you prefer to drive, there is ample parking available near the restaurant.

If you are driving from downtown Pomona, take W Holt Ave until you reach S Towne Ave. Take a left turn onto S Towne Ave, continue for approximately 2 miles Finally, turn right onto Rio Rancho Road. The restaurant will be on your right.

If you are taking public transport, take either bus lines 291, 480 or train line San Bernardino from Pomona Transit Center and get off at Rio Rancho Rd stop. From there, it's a 10-minute walk eastbound on Rio Rancho Rd until you reach the restaurant on your right.
