To get to the tea room on Harbor Boulevard in Garden Grove, you can take the Orange County Transit Authority (OCTA) bus that stops at the corner of Harbor and Chapman. Alternatively, if you are driving and want to park nearby, there is a parking lot located just south of the intersection of Harbor and Westminster. From there, it's a short walk north on Harbor Boulevard to reach your destination.
