As we reflect on the 2024 BBQ Season, we are proud to have had one of our busiest years to date! 🤯 We are so proud of how far we’ve come and even more excited for what’s coming this year! While we are not super social media forward, please take our silence as extremely busy 🙏😅

As you check out our 2025 Catering Menu, please note some important changes: We’ve added new Vegan/Vegetarian options, handcrafted beverages, and desserts to our menu. We had the absolute honor of catering the 2024 LEAC (Law enforcement appreciation committee) annual Acts of Valor Ceremony. We served over 700 of Riverside and surrounding counties honored officers across all bureaus for their bravery and to thank them for keeping the community safe! Thanks to our loyal customers in 2023, we can now comfortably serve up to 2,500 people (per seating) using real red oak and hickory wood! We serve any and all events from weddings & corporate events to private parties, festivals, concerts and more!
