A few tables remain for our first-ever Sunday Supper.

On August 23, chef Giles Clark will cook with Pierce Abernathy in celebration of Pierce’s new cookbook, “Every Leaf, Every Stem,” with a foreword by Alice Waters.

Pierce’s cooking is shaped in part by his Armenian heritage. Years ago, he discovered “Please Pass the Pilaf,” an Armenian cookbook written by his great-aunt Elizabeth Tootelian in 1975. It became a treasured connection to his family’s culinary history and helped shape his own way in the kitchen.

That connection to what is passed down, to the seasons, and to finding your own way of cooking is part of what makes “Every Leaf, Every Stem” so special.

For the evening, Giles and Pierce will cook together, with recipes from the book and the late-summer market in mind.

Pierce will be with us throughout the evening, signing copies of “Every Leaf, Every Stem.”

The evening is expected to sell out. Reserve your table now through the link in bio.
