Ruby Red's BBQ Ruby Red's BBQ is a prime barbecue restaurant located on West Imperial Highway that serves smoked meats and from scratch sides and desserts. The restaurant's second floor boasts a spacious layout created through forced perspective design, wood railing, and beautiful wood wainscoting on the back walls. Victorian-style transition window frames surround vintage reclaimed blue spruce shiplap windows creating a country feel. The 1800's Victorian style saloon side of the restaurant is under construction and will be revealed soon.
