We have a new location, logo and name, but we are still selling our traditional birria. We just added a special dish from our hometown Torreón which is called Gorditas de harina, give us a try!!

Mi gente mañana estaremos en la ciudad de Buena Park en una locación temporal, estaremos vendiendo birria a nuestro estilo y algo nuevo del menú serán las gorditas de harina y maíz de nuestra comarca lagunera.

Mañana estaremos vendiendo gorditas de harina al mero estilo de la comarca lagunera, muchos han estado preguntando y aquí les va!
Comenzaremos con los siguientes guisados solo por este domingo:

Gorditas, Estilo Torreón, is a popular guisado-dish from Torreón, Coahuila Mexico, which is northern region state in Mexico! Gorditas are made with hand made flour and stuffed with a variety of savory Mexican fillings.

For our Torreón Gorditas, you will have the option to taste our Chicharron Con Chile Verde, Papa Con Chile y carne , huevos con chile verde and frijoles con queso. You can’t go wrong with any of these delicious guisados.
